The Power of Feedspresso
Per Feedspresso per day:

How it works
Step 1: Food Waste Reception
Weight and classify the food waste collected from nearby district markets that are essential for Feedspresso treatment, such as peels, vegetables and fish bones etc, after it is discharged into Feedspresso

Step 2: Separation & Crushing
Go through solid, water and oil separation before sending the food waste to the crusher for smashing.
Step 3: Blend of Nutritions & Powders
Add black soldier flies larvae as protein source, and other nutritions, bio-bacterial compounds, powder and mix with the centrifuged food waste suspension to undergo fermentation.

Step 4: Extrusion & Oven to Dry Feeds
Extrude the mixed paste to feed pellets which will be dehydrated into floating feed.

What's more: The BSF Breeding Ecosystem
With Feedspresso BSF, partial crushed food waste is used to feed black soldier flies (BSF) larvae in the breeding box to maximise the utilisation of food waste, without any leftovers produced.
While BSF larvaes are transforming to adults, their frass are collected and sterilised to be fertilisers. Protein can also be extracted from them to be the protein source of animal feed.
After BSF larvaes have become adults, they will mate and lay eggs. The BSF life cycle repeats and thus builds a sustainable ecosystem.
